From the hand selected plant based, organic ingredients to the hand planted and harvested biodynamic flower embellishments and the natural botanical food colorants we use. Every step in our process has been lovingly and intentionally taken, so that you will know that each product was intentionally and lovingly prepared and created for you.

About the Founder & Chef
Clarisse is a Plant Based Chef and a Certified Integrative Nutrition Coach. She has worked in the Food Industry for the last 23 years. She has worked at The Ritz Carlton Hotel and kitchens and restaurants in the east and west coasts, and is well versed in Pastry Arts, Nutrition and Biodynamic Farming. She is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and a Masters Degree in Food Studies from New York University
She is the founder of High Vibe Granola, a nutrient live superfood granola company and Chef Clarisse, a plant based food service based in San Diego. Offering her specialty cakes and plant based event meal services to retreats and clients in Southern California, and is available for travel.
She is passionate about living a conscious, balanced and nourished life, which involves a well balanced whole food diet and a dedicated fitness and wellness routine.
